Shipping Rates and Policies

The number one question we receive is, "how long will it take to get my order".  We generally ship your service dog vest orders within 7-10 days (business days, M-F) of receiving your service dog vest order, unless the item is backordered.  Service Dog vest are processed in the order they are received.  In the event that the item is NOT immediately available to ship, you will be contacted via the email address that you provided to determine how we should proceed with your order.  If you are having a custom made vest for your service dog we try to have no more than a 14 business day turn around time.  We understand how important the working dog is to their handler and we will get your order to you as soon as possible.  

 Shipping on other orders is usually within 10-14 (business days M-F) of order placed.  Nearly all of our products are in stock.  However, In the event that the item is NOT immediately available to ship, you will be contacted via the email address that you provided to determine how we should proceed with your order. 

We Ship UPS GROUND ONLY.

PLEASE NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

 We have no control over your countries duties or customs fees.  Please check with your country for this information. Generally if you choose the expedited or express shipping method, UPS takes care of the customs duties.

We ship by UPS GROUND and will email you your package tracking numbers when we ship your order. 

 If your package has been damaged in shipping please do not throw any packing materials or anything in the box away!  We will file a UPS claim and upon doing that UPS will send out an inspector to access the damage.  We must be notified immediately upon arrival of your package that there is a damage problem.

 If you purchase the wrong size for you or your dog that is not a problem, you may return the item for a size exchange. We do not give cash returns on any items. 

ALL REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED BACK ONTO THE CREDIT CARD USED FOR THE PURCHASE LESS SHIPPING/HANDLING AND 15% RESTOCKING FEE.

The item you are returning must not have been used and are free of debre and hair.

Shipping is non-refundable

 The item is returned within 30 days of purchase.

 Customer pays for the priority mail shipping on exchange items back to them.

WE DO NOT TAKE RETURNS ON CUSTOM MADE ITEMS AND WE DO NOT GIVE CASH REFUNDS!
